How does this mixer work? First, put all the ingredients into the pitcher and close the lid. Press the button on top to turn on the mixer. Then press it again to turn it off when the batter is well mixed. Make sure the batter has enough liquid so that it mixes properly. Then hold the pitcher over the center of the frying pan, and squeeze the handle. A flap on the bottom of the pitcher will open, allowing the batter to pour out evenly! Release the handle to close the flap when you have enough batter.

Since the pitcher is transparent, you can see how much batter you have left. The mixing pitcher also has handy measuring scales on the side. These include ounces, cups, and milliliters. So when you need to dispense a specific amount of batter, you'll easily be able to know how much batter you're pouring into the pan.
