How to add to the app

Note: The garage door will activate upon successful addition (when the blue LED light stops blinking), so ensure the door is closed first.

1. Turn on the garage door opener, and the light will start blinking.
2. Open "RYNX Life", then tap the '+' icon in the top right corner.
3. Select "All Devices", and then choose the "Wi-Fi-connector" option.
4. Select "Confirm indicator is blinking rapidly".
5. Enter your 2.4G Wi-Fi password correctly. Then press confirm.
6. It will automatically connect to the device. Once this is complete, you will be prompted to rename it. Enter a new name and press 'Save'.

• The brand on the motor is irrelevant. This RYNX device connects in parallel with the existing wall switch.
• The device sends an impulse dry contact signal. The relay is isolated from the module's internal circuit. You can connect it in parallel to the button with any voltage. It provides a short pulse (not continuous) to simulate a button press.
• It can operate a garage door if you have a single wall button. This RYNX device connects in parallel with that wall switch.
• There is no need to purchase a Gateway/Hub for this device; it connects directly to your home Wi-Fi. However, a strong Wi-Fi signal is crucial. Ensure your phone can connect to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi signal near the motor. If your phone has stable internet access, the Wi-Fi signal is satisfactory. Otherwise, a Wi-Fi signal booster may be necessary.
• This is a Wi-Fi-only device and does not work with any RF 433Mhz or RF 868Mhz remote controls.
• This device is not HomeKit compatible, but you can add a Tap-to-Run scene to Siri shortcuts in the RYNX Life app.
