How do I choose the right size? Sit in a chair with your leg extended and use a flexible measuring tape. Measure the circumference of your leg six inches above and below the center of your kneecap. How should the brace be applied? Place strap 1 while seated. Fasten straps two through four in that order. If the straps are uncomfortable, adjust their position. Use the tools for precise adjustments. Check for comfort by testing again.

Washing Instructions: Remove inserts, padding, and straps. Ensure all hook-and-loop closures are fastened before washing. Straps should drip dry after hand washing in cold water with mild soap.
