Useful rattan basket for proofing dough or decoration. It serves multiple purposes, it can also be used for food storage, general storage, and other items. It is used by both experienced bakers and beginners at home. It comes with a removable linen liner that can be cleaned and washed.

1. Sprinkle flour on the proofing basket, and place the kneaded dough in the basket until it rises.
2. Once the dough has risen, remove it from the basket and transfer it to a baking sheet for the oven.
3. Weather conditions, yeast quality, and flour types can affect proofing.
   
4. Let the dough rise in a greased bowl before placing it in the proofing basket. This provides a better texture.
