Knife sharpener
This knife sharpener has an elegant and safe design, making it easy to clean and store. The rubberized feet provide stability when using it.
Step 1 : Coarse sharpening: Use this step only if your knife is very dull. Place the knives on the coarse section. Using light pressure, pull the blade from heel to tip through the groove. Repeat this three times. \n \nRecommended every six months or as needed.
Step 2: Fine Honing: Always finish with this step to remove any burrs that occur during grinding and rough honing. Without applying pressure, run the blade through the fine ceramic bars three to five times. You can also use this step as a separate process to keep the blade sharp. It is a good idea to do this about once a week or with frequent use.
Step 3: After use, gently wipe the blade with a damp cloth or rinse it under running water and dry thoroughly. Use a non-abrasive brush for cleaning.
This sharpener is designed for use with steel blades only, and should not be used with ceramic or serrated knives. Important: Do not put the sharpener in the dishwasher or immerse it in water.
