Note on possible odor

Due to transport and packaging, the ABS material may have a slight odor upon unpacking. This is completely normal and not a quality defect.

  • Take the detector out of the packaging and shake it lightly.
  • Leave it or hang it in a well-ventilated place for 1–2 days.
  • Alternatively, you can wipe the surface with a lightly damp cloth.
  • The odor usually disappears completely after a few days.
